Buzz without a reservation at the innocuous unmarked door, supply the password “books” and you’ll be shuffled into a beautiful 1920s library where expert mixologists will concoct something delicious based on just a few hints on your part. Don’t miss their signature ‘Cucumber Gimlet’ with cucumber-infused vodka, lime juice, elderflower syrup, orange bitters, and champagne; or their peppy “Rouge No. 10” with black pepper-infused gin, muddled strawberries, lime and pastis.
