La Cremerie is one of Paris’ most charming tiny wine bars, tucked away on a side street of Paris’ bustling Odeon/ Saint Germain district. Housed in a late 19th-century former dairy shop (and still with many of the original fixtures and fittings including a beautiful hand-painted tile ceiling), this rustic, intimate space doubles as both an intimate wine bar and a wine store. Selling mainly artisan wines from organic wineries in France, sample a glass or two from their expertly curated wines-by-the-glass list, or choose your own bottle from their shelves and just pay an extra €6 corkage fee. La Cremerie also offers a delicious cheese and artisan charcuterie menu sourced from different regions in France, Italy and Spain, however with only a few tables its best to book ahead. Open between 10.30am - 3pm, and between 5pm - 10pm in the evenings. Bookings advised.
