The Breslin Bar & Dining

  • Modern British

Following the success of her Michelin star gastropub, The Spotted Pig, in New York's Greenwich Village, acclaimed chef April Bloomfield has turned her attention to a new dining venture in the hipster-favourite hotel, The Ace Hotel. Renowned for her nose-to-tail modern British cuisine with rich, bold and hearty seasonal flavours, The Breslin Restaurant & Bar is packed every night (and we mean like sardines). This place is not really for health conscious diners, where The Breslin serves a meat-heavy, artery-clogging menu of comfort food favourites such as deep-fried Scotch eggs, chargrilled lamb burger with perfectly crisp french fries, and classic English desserts such as Eton's Mess and a richly decadent sticky toffee pudding. The Breslin Bar & Dining is also popular for breakfast, with a signature Full English breakfast plate bursting with farmhouse fried eggs, homemade sausage, hearty slices of bacon, tomato, and mushrooms. The grilled ham-and-three-cheese sandwich is also formidable.
