As one of the most highly anticipated new London bar openings in 2010, the Experimental Cocktail Club (ECC London) has been enticing London’s in-the-know crowd with its perfectly-pitched cocktail list and its inimitable sense of Parisian style. Having first introduced Parisians to the art of finely crafted cocktails at their award-winning cocktail bars – Experimental Cocktail Club, Prescription & Curio Parlour - Romée de Goriainoff, Olivier Bon and Pierre-Charles Cros have been pioneering Europe’s cocktail culture, taking inspiration from the great New York cocktail bars such as Death & Co., Milk & Honey and PDT. With their signature stylish interiors by up-and-coming designer Dorothée Meilichzon and an intimate, multi-level setting in London’s Chinatown, the ECC London team have crafted a short but sweet cocktail menu of nine unique creations, along with another five signature drinks created in collaboration with some of the world’s best mixologists. Best of all, the ECC is open late until around 4am, making this the perfect place to slowly work your way through their delectable cocktail menu.
