Overlooking Hong Kong’s spectacular Victoria Harbour and Kowloon peninsula, Caprice is one of the cities most dazzling French dining experiences. Having achieved a glowing 2 Michelin stars, chef guests are seated around an open kitchen where they can enjoy a front row seat of chef Vincent Thierry and his team at work. Caprice’s elegant, contemporary-chic design features a dramatic cascading chandelier and exotic golden Oriental furnishings.. The inventive contemporary French menu is light and refreshing yet rich in flavour, and brings together culinary influences from regions all over France. Signature dishes include the lobster carpaccio with Aquitaine caviar, nori seaweed and Yuzu blanc manger; and a Bresse chicken casserole with aromatic verbena, fondant charlottes and poivrade artichokes in coconut sauce. While the price tag is exorbitant, as one of Hong Kong’s best fine dining experiences it is well worth the indulgent price tag.
