This casual cafe’s popularity prompted an expansion in recent years from tiny to merely cozy, nestled amongst the boutiques and food stalls on bohemian Værnedamsvej. Granola cafe tends to be frequented by a young and stylish crowd of coffee lovers. Enjoy Granola’s healthy chicken salad, some of the best croissants in town, or a delicious bowl of porridge to start out a relatively early Danish morning (the café opens at 7 am weekdays). The house ice cream is heavenly, served out the front of the cafe in a classic long sundae glass - don’t miss the mouth-watering salted caramel or the richly decadent chocolate chip.
